PIZZA​

Ingredients:

1 premade pizza dough (either handmade or from the supermarket).
1/2 a cup of pizza sauce
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
Desired toppings (such olives, chopped bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and pepperoni, among others)
Olive oil (to clean with)
Flour or cornmeal (for dusting)

Instructions:

1- Set your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone inside, if you have one. Imagine the heat from the stone filling the entire oven, preparing the space for your cooking endeavor.

2- Using a slightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough until it reaches the appropriate thickness. Gently shape the dough, feeling it yield gently under your hands.
